    As a PROJECT MANAGER you are the gatekeeper of Bungalow’s success and with that comes a high level of accountability. You will work closely with all departments to ensure that the client’s expectations are being met, and that we deliver projects on time, within budget and to Bungalow’s high standards. You will be responsible for the scheduling, budgeting, and the tracking of project milestones necessary to keep a project on track. You will work closely with sales as well as the Design Department, and the client to understand the project in its entirety as well as holding the client accountable for needed information that might hold up a projects progression.

    YOUR ROLE:

    For day to day success, you will…

    • Attend daily meetings and provide Department Managers with updates of client communications and possible scope changes or scheduling issues.

    • Ensure that product or project delays are always communicated and updated with other Department Managers.

    • Properly communicate with Department Managers about delivery dates and cross department issues/scope sharing.

    • Update schedules daily across all departments.

    • Properly balance project labor and material budgets, while providing necessary updates to all involved parties.

    • Ensure that all manufacturing and fabrication projects are up to standards to prevent any future delays with the delivery of the project.

    • Ensure that all Department Managers are working from the correct drawings and most current client information.

    • Properly relay budgeted labor and material updates to affected Department Managers.

    • Ensure that all departments are building product to company standards as well as client quality standards.

    • Cohesively work with the Sales Department to manage client expectations.

    • Review all estimated scope and project information.

    • Collectively reviews all client provided designs or ideas.

    • Discusses all client quality expectations and end use.

    • Reviews all sales to client communications.

    SALARY RANGE:

    $65,000 - $120,000

    As an ASSISTANT PROJECT MANAGER, you, like the Project Manager, are the gatekeepers of Bungalow’s success and with that comes a high level of accountability.     Strategically Manage Metal Department

    As a METAL DEPARTMENT MANAGER you will be tasked with all of the daily operations of the Metal Shop Department. The Metal Department Manager should work very closely with the Project Management team and other Department Managers to ensure all projects are run efficiently and within budget allowance. Department managers should always be an extension of Project Management team and each should hold each other accountable for proper project execution.

    • Attend daily production, project release, and postproduction meetings and provide management with updates on production statuses.

    • Proactively work with the project management team to ensure all information and scheduling is current.

    • Receive and approve shop drawings/diagrams from Project Management.

    • Ensure that all products are ordered or accounted for before assigning a job to team members.

    • Be responsible for team members, management, scheduling, and labor hour tracking per project.

    • Manage budget and labor allowances with feedback from the Project Management team.

    • Manage the compliance of all quality control standards and certification guidelines.

    • Work cooperatively with other department managers and team members.

    As a 3D Modeler and Operator you will work closely with your team members, clients, and vendors, balancing team and individual responsibilities. You will provide comprehensive 3D modeling, sculpting and operating skills across our spectrum of projects including, but not limited to, Major Theme Parks, Theater Sets, Corporate Staging, Conventions and other corporate events.

    YOUR ROLE:

    For day to day success, you will…

    • Have an understanding of the production process with emphasis on mold making.

    • Design and construct 3D models according to your client's specifications.

    • Have proficiency in deconstructing complex shapes to optimize production efficiency.

    • Have experience in ZBrush, Rhino, Powermill for Kuka Toolpathing.

    • Have knowledge of Prusa and Cura Slicer for 3D printers.

    • Required to proficiently convert models into file formats compatible with AutoCAD design and construction software.

    • Should possess the capability to evaluate, rectify, and/or modify files received from clients, ensuring they are appropriately structured for smooth production processes with clean separations.

    • Have experience with 6 -Axis Kuka.

    • Prep surfaces to be sculpted and clean up sculpting department areas.

    • Stock and organize supplies in sculpting department when needed.
